For over twenty years, I have helped clients of diverse backgrounds and cultures in a collaborative and interactive style. As a holistic therapist, I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected. Currently an area of interest I have is in learning more about nutritional psychology and how our brain and body is
impacted by what we eat. I enjoy yoga, gardening and cooking.
