As a brainspotting practitioner, I can help you connect the brain and the body to transform and heal from the inside out. I am passionate about how effective brainspotting can be. If you are wondering what brainspotting is... it is a deep, brain-based therapy that provides healing at "warped speed." Brainspotting makes use of relevant eye positions to help us locate the area of the brain where emotional pain and trauma is stored. This allows the client to focus, process, and release the core neuro-physiological sources of emotional pain and unhealthy coping mechanisms. With the trauma released from the brain and body, the client is able to connect with who they truly are are so they can reach their own greatest potential. It can help you emotionally, mentally and physically.
Some of the ways that I do self- care is by taking a yoga class, gardening and cooking. Most recently, the biggest thing I did is adopt a dog from a rescue center. In return, "Mocha" gives us so much joy and love.
